Project Description:

We are proud to have played a key role in the realization of the world’s largest external 360° digital screen, which wraps around the iconic Torch Tower (Aspire Tower) in Doha, Qatar. Officially recognized by Guinness World Records, the screen spans an extraordinary 11,345 square meters and is visible from a 6 km radius, making it a landmark of both engineering and visual storytelling.

Project Scope of Work:

1. Advanced Engineering & Turnkey Power System Solution

We delivered a complete end-to-end power infrastructure tailored to the scale and complexity of the installation. This included:

• Research & Development to evaluate load demands, redundancy, and environmental resilience • Engineering Design of the power distribution network, control logic, and protection systems • Consulting & Technical Support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning • Procurement, Supply & Installation of all electrical components, including switchgear, cabling, and control panels • Testing & Commissioning to validate system performance under full operational load

2. Proprietary PCB Circuit Development

To meet the unique demands of this record-breaking installation, we engineered and manufactured custom PCB circuits in-house. These circuits were:

• Optimized for real-time responsiveness, signal integrity, and thermal performance • Designed to seamlessly integrate with the screen’s control architecture • Built to withstand harsh environmental conditions and continuous operation

This innovation gave us full control over the electronic core of the system, ensuring unmatched reliability and precision.

3. Strategic Launch & Global Visibility

The screen was launched ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2022, serving as a dynamic platform for advertising, national messaging, and cultural storytelling. Its panoramic presence reinforced Qatar’s global image and technological leadership.
