Project Description:

As part of a strategic modernization initiative for a high-capacity bakery facility, we successfully executed the retrofit, redesign, and recommissioning of key production equipment, including an industrial conveyor oven, bread baking tunnel oven, and cupcake production line. In parallel, we delivered a full automation upgrade for the existing boiler control panel, enhancing energy efficiency and process reliability.

Project Scope of Work:

1. Retrofit & Redesign of Bakery Equipment

• Conducted mechanical and electrical assessments of aging conveyor and tunnel ovens • Replaced worn components, upgraded heating zones, and optimized conveyor drive systems • Recalibrated baking profiles for uniform heat distribution and product consistency • Overhauled the industrial cupcake machine, including depositor alignment, tray indexing, and control logic refinement

2. Boiler Control Panel Automation

• Supplied and installed a new PLC-based control system for the existing steam boiler • Programmed automated sequences for burner control, pressure regulation, and safety interlocks • Integrated temperature and level sensors for real-time monitoring and fault diagnostics • Enabled remote access and alarm notifications to support unmanned operation

Project Outcome:

• Restored full functionality and extended the lifespan of critical bakery machinery

• Improved baking precision, throughput, and energy utilization

• Delivered a digitally controlled boiler system with enhanced safety and operational transparency

• Supported the client’s goal of modernizing production with minimal downtime
