1. Condition Assessment & Disassembly
• Conducted a detailed inspection of the generator’s mechanical and electrical components
• Identified wear patterns, thermal stress indicators, and potential failure points
• Disassembled the generator for internal evaluation and overhaul planning
2. Supply & Installation of Spare Parts
• Procured and installed OEM-certified spare parts including piston rings, bearings, gaskets, filters, and control components
• Replaced worn-out elements to restore mechanical integrity and electrical performance
• Ensured compatibility with existing control systems and auxiliary equipment
3. Reassembly, Calibration & Alignment
• Reassembled the generator with precision torque settings and alignment procedures
• Calibrated control parameters and safety interlocks for stable operation
• Verified lubrication, cooling, and fuel systems for optimal flow and pressure
4. Load & Performance Testing
• Conducted staged load testing to validate generator response under varying demand conditions
• Measured key performance indicators including voltage stability, frequency regulation, and fuel efficiency
