Engineering solution, Program & Configuration PLC at BS premises.
This project provides a complete engineering solution for the automation of an MRI Room System at the BS premises. It involves the custom development, programming, and configuration of a Schneider Zelio PLC to control a contactor-based On/Off system using push buttons and field signals. The project includes the delivery of a cloned, tested control system and comprehensive support to ensure successful implementation.
1. Engineering & Development: One-time logic sequence development and programming for 1x Schneider Zelio PLC, including technical drawing review and wiring guidance.
2. Cloning & Factory Testing: Transfer of the developed program into a new PLC and simulation testing to verify all Input/Output (I/O) functions before delivery.
3. Supply & Logistics: Supply of the programmed PLC, necessary PC connecting cable, and all items, including international shipment from Europe to Qatar within 4-7 days.
4. Training & Support: One-time product operation training at the factory and one month of post-commissioning technical support, including one site visit for configuration.
