Project Description:

This project involves the design, supply, and commissioning of an advanced control system for generator mains paralleling applications. The solution includes the supply of an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Generator Controller, and Mains Paralleling Unit (Gensys Compact Mains) from CRE Technology, France. The system enables seamless generator paralleling in mains mode with protection configurations compliant with standard codes, ensuring reliable and synchronized power distribution

Project Scope of Work:

1. Engineering Services:

o System architecture design, detailed drawings, and switchgear panel interface guidelines.

o One-time programming and configuration of the synchronizing controller for 1 generator incomer.

2. Supply of Control Components:

o Supply of ATS, Generator Controller, and Mains Paralleling Unit (CRE Technology brand).

3. Testing & Commissioning: o On-site testing, synchronization, and load-sharing validation of the generator incomer.

o Provision of a site report post-commissioning.

4. Support & Logistics:

o Maximum of 2 site visits (minimum 8 hours per visit) with full site access.

o Client to provide transportation for engineers; special tools and instruments included.

o Exclusions: Supply of hardware/wiring not listed in the scope.

5. Optional Services:

o One-time engineering support for troubleshooting, reprogramming, or new configurations.

• Reliable Power Synchronization: A fully operational system enabling safe generator paralleling with the mains.

• Code Compliance: Protection configurations aligned with standard electrical codes for safety and reliability.

• Documented System Architecture: Complete drawings and interface guidelines for future reference and maintenance.
