Project Description:

As part of the early-stage mobilization for the Qatar Armed Forces Integrated Training Center (QAF ITC) construction project, we successfully completed the supply and installation of temporary specialized equipment storage facilities to support the electromechanical services team at the site office area.

Project Scope of Work:

1. Site Planning & Layout Design:

• Conducted a rapid deployment assessment to determine optimal placement of storage units within the site logistics plan • Designed modular storage zones to accommodate tools, consumables, testing instruments, and sensitive electromechanical components

2. Supply of Temporary Storage Units:

• Delivered prefabricated, weather-resistant storage containers and mobile units • Included lockable tool cabinets, racking systems, and fire-rated enclosures for electrical items • Ensured compliance with site safety standards and military-grade durability requirements

3. Installation & Integration:

• Installed units with proper anchoring, ventilation, and access control • Integrated labeling and inventory zones to streamline material handling and reduce downtime • Coordinated with MEP teams to ensure seamless access to service areas and utilities

Project Outcome:

• Enabled secure, organized, and efficient storage of critical electromechanical equipment during the construction phase

• Supported rapid mobilization and operational readiness of technical teams

• Delivered a scalable and relocatable solution aligned with the dynamic needs of a high-security defense infrastructure project
